How do I book a holiday?
Bookings can be easily made online via your PC or mobile device. You just need to select the desired product, add the amount to the cart and complete payment. You will receive an email with a summary of your purchase details including links to download and print your vouchers.
What is the voucher for?
The voucher is the document that details your booking with all the contracted services. You must print the voucher, as it is a requirement of most ski resorts and suppliers (hotels, ski hire shops, etc.). You must present the voucher at the indicated hotel or pick-up point (for ski passes and ski rental).
What do I do if I have a problem redeeming my voucher?
We are available to help you resolve any issues you may encounter. You can contact our customer service team Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and from Saturday to Sunday from 9am to 1pm. You will find the customer service phone number at the bottom of your voucher. The phone is: ???
If I cannot find what I want on your website, what can I do?

How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking sending an email to email@example.com, indicating your booking details and explaining that you wish to cancel your booking. All cancellations have associated cancellation fees. If you cancel between 10 and 15 days before departure, you must pay a percentage of 10% of the total amount of the reservation. If you cancel between 3 and 10 days before departure, you must pay a percentage of between 10% and 25% of the total amount of the reservation. If you cancel 48 hours before departure, you must pay a percentage of between 25% and 80% of the total amount of the reservation. If you cancel 24 hours before departure, you must pay 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
