A wide range of services and tracks surrounded by larch forests and just two hours from Marseille. The Pra Loup ski resort, located in the French Alps, is part of the Espace Lumière ski area and is the largest ski area in the southern Alps. The domain is formed by the Pra Loup and Val d'Allos-La Foux resorts with access to a total of 180 kilometers of tracks for all levels, linking the valleys of Allos with that of Ubaye. Pra Loup is the longest of the two and consists of a ski-area of 100 kilometers for all levels. With its highest point in Le Lac at 2,500m, its 40 tracks are characterized by being varied, from wide descents on flat slopes to steep sections at great heights. The freestylers and freeriders especially appreciate the more than 40 hectares that make up the rider space where there is a FunPark with a half pipe and five zones of boardercross distributed throughout the area. The most adventurous freerider can also enjoy the slopes of the Tête de Setrière and the Tête de Vescal. Beginners have ample and calm zones like Molanes and Costebelle. While Pra Loup 1500/Molanes is quiet and traditional, Pra Loup 1600 is characterized by its modern style and a lively après-ski atmosphere that attracts families from the French Blue Coast and young Italians. However, Pra Loup enjoys a splendid family-friendly atmosphere and, therefore, has been awarded the title of "Famille Plus Montagne", which ensures an offer specially designed for families, with nurseries and ski classes for children. The Pra Loup 1600 nucleus also has a modern shopping centre with more than 80 shops, cinema, cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs to complete a comfortable, easy and varied ski holiday.
