Extensive, relaxing ski slopes, sunny climate and a variety of activities for everyone. The ski resort of La Molina, located in the Catalan Pyrenees, in the region of Cerdanya, is renowned for it sporty spirit, family atmosphere and history, being the first resort where the first ski lift of Spain was installed. The 61 runs for all levels extend along the slopes of the mountain of the Tosa d'Alp (2,535m) and the Puigllançada (2,409m), with a skiable area of 67 kilometers, which run between wooded areas and offer unique views of the Cerdanya, Cadí, Montserrat and even as far as Collserola (Barcelona). The resort has a large snowpark, as well as the largest halfpipe in the Pyrenees. In addition, it is connected to the neighboring Masella resort via the Alp 2500 gondola, which extends its skiing area to 141 kilometers of slopes. Both resorts have a specific skipass called ALP 2500. La Molina also hosts international events, such as the Women's Alpine Ski World Cup or the Snowboard World Championship. For non-skiers, it offers a multitude of activities, such as snowshoeing circuits, dog sledding trips or a moonlit dinner. La Molina is a fantastic option for beginner skiers, as well as for the more experienced looking for adventure and fun.
